    Group 1 had the task of covering some of the core elements of public speaking, including "The Evolving Art of Public Speaking," "Building Your Confidence," "Listening," and "Adapting to Your Audience." They really kicked things off well by diving into how public speaking has changed over time and why it’s still such an important skill today. They managed to make what could have been a dry topic feel relevant and even a little exciting. One of the highlights of their presentation was the section on building confidence. It’s something everyone struggles with when it comes to public speaking, so it was great that they shared practical tips on how to calm nerves and feel more at ease in front of an audience. They touched on things like body language and mindset, which made their advice really easy to apply. That said, their section on listening felt a bit like an afterthought. They mentioned how important it is but didn’t really dive into why or give us examples of how good listening can actually improve a speaker’s performance. The part about adapting to the audience was solid, though it would have been even better with a few real-world examples of how speakers adjust their approach depending on who they’re speaking to. Overall, Group 1 gave a strong foundation on public speaking, but a little more depth in some areas would have taken it to the next level.
    Group 2’s presentation was all about the behind-the-scenes work that goes into making a great speech. They covered "Developing Your Purpose and Topic," "Researching Your Topic," "Supporting Your Ideas," and "Organizing and Outlining Your Speech." This group really hit their stride when talking about how to choose a topic and develop a clear purpose. They made it easy to understand how important it is to have a focused idea before jumping into writing a speech. It was practical advice that anyone could use, whether they’re speaking in front of five people or fifty. Their section on research was also strong. They gave solid tips on how to find credible sources and use those sources to back up the main points of the speech. It made me realize how essential the research phase is to a successful presentation. Without solid facts and examples, even the most confident speaker will struggle to be convincing. However, when they got into organizing and outlining a speech, things felt a bit too formal and structured. They laid out a lot of useful tips, but it almost felt like reading from a textbook rather than explaining things in a relatable way. Throwing in some fun examples or even stories of famous speeches would have made it more engaging and easier to remember. All in all, Group 2 gave a thorough walk-through of the preparation process, but they could have lightened up a bit to keep things more engaging.
    Group 3 tackled the final stages of speech-making, focusing on "Beginning and Ending Your Speech," "Using Language Effectively," "Integrating Presentation Media," and "Delivering Your Speech." They definitely brought a lot of energy to the room, which was great to see at this stage of the presentations. They made it clear that how you start and end a speech really matters, and they gave some excellent tips on grabbing attention right from the start and leaving the audience with something to think about at the end. Their section on using language effectively was another highlight. They showed how the choice of words can make a big difference in how a speech comes across, and they even demonstrated this with a few examples. It was super interesting to see how just a few changes in phrasing could completely change the impact of a message. When they talked about integrating media, it was clear they knew what they were talking about. They gave great advice on how to use visuals, like slides and videos, in a way that enhances the speech rather than distracts from it. Plus, their tips on delivery, like maintaining eye contact and controlling your voice, were spot-on. It was nice to see them not just talk about these things but actually demonstrate them in their own presentation. Overall, Group 3 did a great job of pulling together all the different elements of public speaking. Their presentation was informative, and their enthusiasm made it engaging. A few more real-life examples during their discussion on language and media could have made it even better, but they definitely ended things on a high note.
    Group 4’s presentation was very well delivered as well. We talked about chapters 15 through 17. I enjoyed presenting with my group since it was easy for us to communicate our ideas and information. Chapter 13 “Informative Speaking”, Chapter14 was all about the importance of “Persuasive speaking”, Chapter 15 talked about “Understanding Argument”, chapter 16 explained “Distance Speaking and Media appearances” and finally Chapter 17 discussed “Special occasion and Group Presentations”. I think they all did a good job delivering their presentation and explaining their information. The only thing that could have made the presentation better is if they gone a little more in depth in some of the topics they presented. Also, they could have a added a few more examples and pictures to their presentation. It was explained in chapter 16 the importance of keeping your audience entertained. It is very importance to be engaging with the public that you are presenting to. I think this is something that can be applied to all presentations overall. It is also important to keep in mind that these presentations were delivered inline which makes it always a little bit harder to be engaging with the public since it is very easy to get distracted whenever you are not in the same room with the person presenting. Overall it was a good presentation, well organized and informative. 
Overall, all of the groups did a great job presenting by delivering good tips and information that can be applied to real life situations specially for those that choose a career path where public speaking is the main focus.
